Alex 2 1/2 and Zachary 1 month

It has been a month since we brought Zach home from the hospital and he is growing like a weed.  He was born at 8 lbs 5 oz, he was 8 lbs 1 oz when we brought him home from the hospital, at two weeks he was 9 lbs, at three weeks he was 9 lbs 14 oz, and at a month he was 10 lbs 13 oz (77% weight, 84% height and 33% Head Circumference).  This is pretty much the opposite of Alex.  He just had a check-up and he is finally is on the growth chart for weight at 27 lbs 6 oz (24% weight, 25% height, and about 75% for Head Circumference).  So Zach will be the muscle and Alex will be the brains of the Mikos operation!

We continued to have lots of fun visitors this past month.  My parents were here until a couple days before Christmas. Christina, Matt and Naomi where here as well.  Them Mike and Megan joined us for the National Championship game and then finally Na Na (Grandma Mikos) came for a week.

Alex is now a whiz with any Apple product.

Zach likes to sleep just like Alex did.

Finally Christmas morning.  Alex was a very lucky (aka spoiled) little boy.  Here he is loving on Barney.

Dad and Zach

Dad, Alex, Dora, and Barney watching Sunday morning cartoons.

I won't lie, trying to take care of a newborn and Alex by myself has been a challenge.  Alex gets away with a lot more than he use to.  Here he has taken all of my Tupperware out and then added all of his toys for a 'party' he was having!  He what ever keeps him busy so I can nurse Zach!!

All the toys that were invited to the 'party'.

I walked in on him standing on his stool.

Video:  The first few days of trying to take care of Alex and Zach on my own I failed to keep him active enough so this is what he did when he was suppose to be napping, but wasn't tired.  I have since learned I need to get him to run around the house.  I even got him 'working out' with me so he gets worn out and I can have some piece and quite when he naps.

Sitting on the couch with his feet on the table and arms crossed - just like daddy!

We have re branded Grandma Mikos to Grandma Na Na.  Alex enjoys the name more but it is going to be hard to keep track of all of his Grandma's... Ney Ney, Na Na, and GG.

The game!  :(

Zach is really good at holding his head up.
